Business Analyst, Technical Analyst positions are Initially (for 6 months or so) the role would mandate onsite placement.

The detailed requirements are listed as below,

1) Business Analyst,

Location: Bangalore(+ 6 Months ONSITE),

Job Description:

Business analyst would be responsible for assisting Client's North American business with regards to requirements gathering, use-case modelling, solution architecting and functional QA of reconciliation package implementation projects.

Initially (for 6 months or so) the role would mandate onsite placement.

Skills:

• 5+ yrs of experience,
• Experience in Use case Analysis, Data Mapping, Functional testing skills.
• Understanding of n-tire architecture and data Models.
• Exposures to SI/EAI engagements,

Qualification: B. Engg./ MCA/MBA

2) Technical Analyst

Location : Bangalore ( 6 months onsite)

Job Description:

1. configuration, customization, interfacing and deployment of reconciliation packages at client sites
2. building technical IP for recon-implementation engagements in the form of plug & play frameworks.

Skills:

1. VB/C++/web-technologies such as JSP/ASP/XML/XSL etc.
2. Hands-on exposure to prior engagements requiring EAI/SI/ETL skills
3. RDBMS and data modelling techniques at various levels (conceptual, logical, physical etc.)
4. Strong application/component design and architecting skills

Conceptual understanding of reconciliation processing and control framework;
Experience on implementing reconciliation packages such as Smartstream, Checkfree, Intellimatch, Profitstars etc.

Qualification: B. Engg./ MCA

3) Finance Analyst,

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

Finance analyst would be responsible for assisting Client's consulting engagements in North America by,

1. Analyzing customer's raw information in order to support the overall business case and scenario evaluation
2. Providing core business support for engagements by collating, analyzing and reporting project-related data

Skills:

1. Good knowledge of financial concepts and/or business modelling using NPV, IRR, DCF, proforma P&L etc.
2. Strong exposure to data analysis using MS Excel (VB macros, Pivot tables, V/H Look-ups)
3. Decent understanding of financial services industry - participants, products and processes

Soft-skills:

1. Exposure to MS-Office Suite
2. Good communication, presentation and documentation skills

Qualification: B. Com./ B. Engg./ MBA

4) Data Analyst,

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

Data analyst (generic) would be responsible for assisting Client's consulting engagements in North America by analyzing large sets of customer's data in order to formulate/prove hypothesis, identify trends and evaluate business scenarios.

Skills:

1. Good knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MS Access etc.)
2. Strong experience in generic data querying (SQL) and in writing stored procs as well as database functions on SQL Server
3. Strong exposure to data analysis using MS Excel (VB macros, Pivot tables, V/H Look-ups)
4. Proficiency in data mapping and transformation

Soft-skills :

1. Exposure to MS-Office Suite
2. Good communication, presentation and documentation skills
